Tony has been a licensed Realtor since 2007 and has 20+ years of experience in real estate. Now specialized in distressed property investment, he started his real estate journey by working with his family-owned real estate development company for 5 years focusing on residential land and subdivision development. Born and raised in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, Tony’s family has real estate ties in the Chicagoland area going back to the 1950s, and he even helped prepare rental property as far back as his teenage years. Tony loves working with investors to help them achieve their financial goals, and—as the owner of Keyrenter Northwest Chicago plus being an investor himself—he knows what it takes to run & maintain a profitable rental property.

Philip Buhrmann
Assistant Property Manager
Philip was born in South Africa and lived in Cape Town until he ventured across the Atlantic. A passion for media led to an education in advertising and marketing. From there—industry experience under the belt—he explored more managerial pursuits, becoming an operations manager for a state-wide water-saving program administered at over 350 schools. Mission successful, Philip realized his creative background worked synergistically with his aptitude for problem-solving and team-coordination; a combination of which he now implements in the daily service of property owners and tenants alike.
